I found an old book from 1903 at my Grandmothers house. It is a complete works book of Edgar Allan Poe. I hope it will be worth something one day, and even if it isnt, its still an interesting conversation piece. Here, I will be showing you an easy on the wallet way to preserve books.
What you will need:
- Saran wrap or shrink wrap
- A gallon bag
- A box or case
Wrap the book in saran wrap and then place it inside the gallon bag. Make sure all of the air is out of the bag, and seal it up. Place it in the box so that light and dust cannot get to it, and BAM, youre done.
